Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, a gifted actor as well as a writer, director, and producer. Anna Silk is daughter of a Briton as well as an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. As a child, she played in commercials for a number of companies. In November 1999, Anna made the move to Toronto to advance her acting career. She ended up shifting into Los Angeles, California, within the next decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They got engaged in 2009 when they were married.
