Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. The 1980s were when she gained a cult following through her performances on various television shows. The actress was famous as a glamorous character. Fairchild started her acting career from 1973-1977 in CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. In her first role as the actress playing Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in 1978. The following year, she was offered a leading role on the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), which won her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that series. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short-lived premiertime soap Paper Dolls. From 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre and in appearances on television shows like Roseanne Cybill, Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the former, she was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA Board Member.
