Pop Smoke was one of the United States' most infamous and well-off Rapper born in July 1999. CardiB posted an Instagram video in which she sang Welcome to the Party. Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20th 1999 until February 19, 2020) known professionally in the form of Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. The label he was signed to was Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records. Pop Smoke was gaining a following due to his Brooklyn drill sound after working with UK drill producer 808Melo Axl Beats, Yoz Beatz and 808Melo Axl Beats. Welcome to the Party, the first single from the mixtape he released his debut album Meet the Woo released in July, was released by him on April 19, 2019. In August of 2019 two remixes to the song Welcome to the Party featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj as well as British hip-hop artist Skepta have been released. In April 2019, Pop Smoke released his breakout single Welcome to the Party the leading single off the mixtape he released as his debut album, Meet the Woo (2019). In August, the song was remixed twice, the first time featuring Nicki Minaj featuring and another version featuring Skepta. It was noted that the song used UK drill production, which will later appear throughout his discography. The reason for this was the frequent collaborations with British drill producer 808Melo. Other songs with a cult following are Mpr Flexin and Dior. Due to the popularity that was Welcome to the Party he collaborated with other popular artists on songs like War which features Lil Tjay and 100k on an Automobile featuring Calboy. Gatti is the most recent track from the JackBoys 2019 album, of which Scott and Cactus Jack are a part of.
