The daughter is Harvey Welker a Native American father and Julie Welker an African-American mother. Her mother is an agent while her father is an civil engineer. Walker completed her studies at Germantown Friends School located within Philadelphia's Germantown district in the year 1994. She then went on to Harvard College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker has been since the age of 20 to John Hughes who is a famous marketing director at Merck Philadelphia. The couple are parents to two kids. The couple started having an affair. John her husband, is 4 years younger than her. Since their relationship was successful, they decided to take the next level.
